How You Can Access or Request to Delete Your Information

You may request to have your personal information that you provided when you registered —along with the information relating to your use of the website or participation in promotional campaigns such as the Season of Giving— removed from our databases. You may also request the deletion/deregistration of any online accounts you have created (where applicable) by submitting a request to our contact information set forth at the end of this Policy, and inserting “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line.

We will remove such information as soon as practicable; however, we may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes, record-keeping integrity, campaign performance analysis, or to prevent fraud, enforce our terms and conditions, protect the integrity of our website or campaigns, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. If certain information has already been shared with third-party service providers (e.g., Viral Loops or Klaviyo), retention of that information may be subject to those third parties’ policies.  

Your Choices About Collection and Use of Your Information

You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our website or participate in campaigns such as the Season of Giving, which require name, email, and mobile number for entry and referral tracking.

Opt-Out At any time, you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails, newsletters, or SMS messages from us by modifying your communication preferences. For emails, use the “Opt-Out” link found in the footer of the communication or contact us directly. For SMS, reply STOP to any message or contact us to be removed.
