Playoff Semi-Final Showdowns

The London Lions faceoff against the Cheshire Phoenix and the Sevenoaks Suns in their respective BBL and WBBL playoff semi-final clashes.

Both upcoming playoff encounters will again take place at the iconic Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. The men’s game will be the first of their two-game series, and the women’s game will be a one-and-done showdown.

Regular Season Series Info  - Men’s 

The Lions won their regular season series against Cheshire 4-0, scoring an average of 84.7 points against the club, formally known as the Ellesmere Port Jets. London also knocked Phoenix out of the BBL Cup, beating them 74-65 on 25^th November 2022.

Regular Season Series Info  - Women’s 

London beat the Surrey-based Sevenoaks twice during the regular season, scoring an average of 87.0 points. On 18^th December 2022, the Lions beat the Suns in the semi-final of the WBBL Cup.
