The London Lions Roll Over the Oakland Wolves 115-60 for their Eleventh Regular Season win. Six Players Reach Double Figures in Points, Led by “Kiki” Herbert Harrigan’s Stellar 25-Point, 7-Rebound, 2-Assist and 1 Block Performance

With new head coach Stella Kaltsidou’s new system in place, the London Lions were able to put on a truly dominant display at home to the Oakland Wolves, beating the St Albans-based outfit 115-60.

Six players reached double figures taking advantage of the 36 combined total assists, which helped them gain their individual points totals. Holly Winterburn claimed another triple-double with ten points, eleven rebounds and ten assists.

Play of the Game, “Kiki” Herbert Harrigan was almost unstoppable, shooting 78% from the field and including two 3-pointers en route to a phenomenal 25-point, seven-rebound, two-assist and one-block performance. 

Top tier 2-way guard Taylor Murray led the Lions’ suffocating defence with five steals to go with 15 points, inspired by her 77% field goal shooting. The former University of Kentucky standout complimented her points total with four rebounds and seven assists.

Top gunner Katsiaryna Snytsina lit up the Copper Box Arena connecting on four of five of her three-point attempts on her way to 19 points to go with five rebounds and eight assists, her highest assists total of the regular season. 

The bench mob received enormous contributions from its players. Forward Shequila Joseph recorded her second double-double of the season with 12 points and ten rebounds to go with two steals and one assist. Point guard Leslie Vorpahl recorded 13 points, three assists and three rebounds during her 23 minutes on the court. 

Ty Battle contributed nine points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals. Skipper Shanice Beckford-Norton recorded five points, four rebounds, one steal, one block and one assist.
