The London Lions Foundation offers free school assemblies, sometimes with a Lions player, covering basketball, the club and healthy lifestyles, plus a free taster session so your pupils can pick up a ball and play. It costs your school nothing.

A free assembly introducing basketball, the London Lions, and how sport supports a healthy lifestyle. Delivered by Lions staff who know how to hold a hall full of kids.
Where the schedule allows, a London Lions player joins the visit, and the questions never stop.
A beginner-friendly session run by Lions coaches, so pupils get their first touch of a basketball on the same day.
Pupils who catch the bug can carry on at London Lions community sessions and clubs near them. The visit is the start of the pathway, not the end.
The Foundation exists to introduce as many young Londoners as possible to the game, especially in communities where opportunities are hardest to come by. A school visit is often a child's very first contact with basketball, and with the Lions.
Tell us your school, borough and rough numbers, and we'll come back to you with dates. Assemblies, player visits and taster sessions are all free.
