Our first region, and our biggest. London Lions East runs basketball for every age group from Under-6 to the Academy, across Hackney, Epping, Havering and the boroughs in between. Start local, and progress as far as your game takes you.
Every Lions programme sits on the same pathway. Players move up through the age groups, into the Academy, and on towards our senior men's and women's teams.
