The Foundation is the front door to basketball in London — school visits, community sessions, girls-only clinics and our One Team programme for young people with special educational needs. Our goal is that every child in London can play in a fun, friendly environment within a 15-minute drive of home. Here is how you can help us get there.
Why It Matters
Basketball is one of the most played sports in London and one of the hardest to get into. Courts are booked out, clubs have waiting lists, and cost keeps plenty of children on the sidelines. The Foundation exists to remove those barriers — and every form of support, not only money, moves that along.
Into Schools
Assemblies, taster sessions and sustained programmes delivered with a school's own staff, so the work carries on after we leave.
Into Communities
Weekly junior sessions across North, East, South and West London, open to complete beginners, plus girls-only clinics and our One Team programme.
Into Careers
The Workforce Development Programme opens routes into coaching, officiating, media, marketing, operations and events — on and off the court.

We are building a pool of coaches borough by borough as the programmes roll out. All qualification levels — tell us where you can coach and we will be in touch when something starts near you.

We are not able to take online donations just yet. The Foundation is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales and we are finishing the banking setup behind it — once that is done, giving online will open here.
