London, Monday 8 June 2026 - London Lions are pleased to confirm that British forward Ethan Price has re-signed with the club for two more years, returning after a rookie campaign in which he won four titles.

Price was a key part of the side that completed the SLB quadruple in 2025-26, sweeping the SLB Playoff Title, the SLB Championship, the SLB Cup and the SLB Trophy in his first season as a professional, and is now committing himself to the capital until at least the end of the 2027-28 season.

The 6'10" forward made an immediate mark as one of the most efficient scorers in the league, finishing the season second in the SLB for field goal percentage at 64.9 per cent. Across 33 league games he averaged 6.8 points and 3.4 rebounds, while proving a reliable presence in the frontcourt. He also featured in 16 EuroCup games, adding 5.6 points and 2.9 rebounds a night as the Lions tested themselves against some of the continent’s strongest sides.

Born in Bury and a product of the Ipswich basketball programme, Price arrived in London last summer off the back of a four-year college career in the United States with Eastern Washington and Washington State. He has also represented Great Britain at senior level, adding to junior international honours earned earlier in his career.

General Manager Martynas Purlys said:

“Ethan is exactly the player we need, a homegrown talent who came back to represent his country at the highest level. He had a great debut season with us and he’s only scratching the surface of his potential. Locking him in for two more years is a big statement for London Lions.”

Price becomes the third confirmed returnee for the 2026-27 campaign, joining Deane Williams and Joel Scott in committing his future to the club as London look to defend their full set of domestic crowns.
