Lions vs. Portland Giveaway Terms of Service

1. Promoter The giveaway is organized by BC LONDON LIONS LIMITED, based at Copper Box Arena, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 3HB.

2. Eligibility Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Participants must provide a valid email address and via the official entry form. One initial entry per person is permitted. Entrants may earn additional entries through verified referrals.

3. How to Enter: Visit www.thelondonlions.com/lions-v-portlandtrailblazers-giveaway and complete the entry form with your name, email, mobile number, and consent checkboxes. After submitting, you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share this link to earn additional entries for each verified referral. Entries are tracked via the Viral Loops platform and synced with HubSpot for campaign updates.

4. Campaign Period: Starts: Tuesday, 13 October 2026 Ends: 11:59am UK time on Friday 23 October 2026.

5. Prizes: Prize includes a signed Limited Edition Portland Trail Blazers Basketball and a signed Deni Avdija trading card.

6. No cash alternative is available. If circumstances outside the promoter's reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner is selected at random on 23 October 2026. Winner will be notified via email and/or SMS. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Data Protection: Personal data will be processed to administer the promotion, verify entries and referrals, prevent fraud, and contact the winner. Entrants who separately opt in to marketing may also receive London Lions marketing communications. Data is securely managed via Viral Loops and HubSpot. 9. Publicity: Winner may be featured in promotional content including social media, videos, and in-arena announcements. By entering, participants grant London Lions permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Disqualification: Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these terms will be disqualified. Referrals must be genuine. Use of bots, fake accounts, or automated systems will result in removal from the campaign.

11. Liability: London Lions is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or circumstances beyond its control. Travel to and from the watch party and any accommodation are not included.

12. Changes and Cancellation: London Lions reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time. Any updates will be communicated via the campaign website and official channels.

13. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
