Thompson is a British-born professional basketball player who played college basketball at Drexel University. In her senior season, she started all 29 games, averaged 6.4 points, 5 rebounds, and 3.6 assists, with a .425 field-goal percentage. She went on to play professionally across Europe in the Women's British Basketball league and has established herself as a seasoned presence in UK women's basketball. She has landed with the Lions for the 2025/2026 season.
