American forward Sara Ahmadpour returns to the Lions for her second year. Ahmadpour attended University of Cal Poly Humboldt, where she averaged 8.7 points and 4.9 rebounds per game in her last season and will also be playing for the University of East London, where she will be studying a master’s degree in International Law and Legal Practice. Last season with the Lions, Ahmadpour averaged 4.2 points per game, 3.7 rebounds per game, and 1.4 assists per game.
